Marking the club’s 17th kit since joining MLS in 2011, the Nature Unites jersey is wrapped in a hand-drawn leaf pattern, inspired by native trees of Oregon. Shadow green trim around the cuff, neck and sides connects this jersey to the club’s Portland Plaid home kit, with the logos, name and number displayed on a natural, halo ivory chassis.
The front of the jersey features new kit sponsor DaBella and a centered crest for the first time in team history. The kit also highlights community partner and global nonprofit The Nature Conservancy (TNC) with their logo printed on the back of the neck, while the inside of the collar on authentic jerseys lives the phrase “Nature Unites Us”, serving as a reminder and a celebration of the connection we can find with one another in nature.
Throughout the season, the Timbers and TNC will work together to educate, activate and raise awareness around The Nature Conservancy’s areas of focus – nature conservation, addressing climate change, and biodiversity loss – as well as encourage communities statewide to actively explore, experience and protect the outdoors.
