Order & shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping is $7.99, and shipping is free on orders over $100. Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 days within the USA, Canada, and Mexico. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom name & number printing is final sale and cannot be returned, as each piece is made to order. To start a return, email us with your order number.
Sizing
Adult fan jerseys run true to size from S through XL. From 2XL up the cut gains width faster than length and can wear short, so take one size up, or two if you want it long. Player and match versions run about a size smaller than the fan cut: size up one for a fitted look, two for a regular fit. Kids kits are labelled by number, 16 through 28, with the US youth size beside each option (22 = Youth M, 26 = Youth XL). Every product page has a Size Guide with full height and chest measurements, and height is the most reliable guide. Message us if you are still unsure.
